When I left with the dogs this morning on our coffee run, I met the newspaper delivery person entering my drive. She handed me the paper from car to car, told me she loved my property, and then asked about the dogs. Finally, she asked if she could improve the spot where she usually dropped the papers.

She can do that in the midst of deliveries at 6:15 am, and the women warm and comfortable in the local coffee shop can’t be polite at 7 am? Stop crying about “toxic workplaces” and start taking accountability for doing a good job. That gives you control of your life, more happiness, less stress. If you can’t understand that, you’ll never be happy.
