It is embarrassing to read about women on Linkedin who are telling a long story of their overcoming adversity, personally and/or professionally, and who decide to include a full-length photo of themselves in a low-cut, short, cocktail dress. I’m assuming they don’t have good friends who can tell them that their success is sufficient, if it’s real, but the glam shot undermines their credibility. (Don’t write me letters, I feel the same about the men with the same stories and shirtless photos or muscular shots in the gym.)

All of the stories seem to be based on similar template.
