If you’re not doing as well as you believe you should growing your business, look inward, not outward. It’s not the economy, technology, competition, generational change, or climate change, it’s you. Find out what you can be doing to improve and how to do so. My experience is that 101% of the time you need a learned outside resource to help you. But if you don’t seek help, it’s probably not going to show up suddenly at your door.
