Professional services group Leonard Curtis has confirmed the opening of its Thames Valley office. The firm’s 30th office will be led by restructuring and insolvency director Dane O’Hara. Celebrating its 30th year in business, Manchester-headquartered Leonard Curtis is one of UK’s largest restructuring consultancies.

Carbon capture, utilisation and storage firm Carbon8 Systems has fallen into administration. Quantuma’s Chris Newell and Jo Leach were appointed as joint administrators to oversee the process.
